Old Identity — The Story
write it as a story– click here if you are lost
write about who you've been — thoughts, feelings, actions, and results — like you're describing a character.
this isn't about beating yourself up, it's about getting specific enough that you can see the pattern clearly. what did this version of you think on a normal day? how did that feeling drive what you did? what results kept showing up because of it?
he wakes up already anxious about money. he avoids checking his bank account. he says yes to things he doesn't want to do because he's afraid of disappointing people. the result: he stays stuck, tired, and resentful.

New Identity — The Story
write it as a story– click here if you are lost
write it in the present tense, like it's already true. not "i will be" — "i am." same structure as the old story: thoughts, feelings, actions, results — but now it's the version of you that's already living the outcome you want.
he wakes up calm. he checks his finances without flinching because he trusts himself with money. he says no easily, without guilt. the result: people respect his boundaries, and he moves through his days with ease.

Old Beliefs / New Beliefs
opposing beliefs– click here if you are lost
an old belief is a rule you've been operating from without questioning it. a new belief directly opposes it — not a soft compromise, a real flip. write the old belief exactly as it sounds in your head, then write what a person who doesn't carry that belief would think instead.
old: "i have to earn rest." → new: "rest is part of how i function well."old: "if i say no, people will leave." → new: "the right people respect my no."
